Mr. Woodard is a U.S. Army Veteran and retired Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff. He graduated from Rio Hondo College with a major in Criminal Law/Criminal Justice. He has over (30) years of combined military and Law Enforcement experience.
Ms. Tamura has over (10) years of accounting experience stateside as well as internationally. She has extensive expertise in various accounting databases, and systems used to hide funds.
